All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen display differences and manufacturing processes.

All prices displayed on the website are in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and are inclusive of VAT where applicable under UAE law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, and we will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Orders and payment

When you place an order through our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, no binding contract exists between you and Sportique.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payment platforms. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the destinations listed on our website. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method selected, customs processing for international orders, and circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, or events outside our reasonable control. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, the item is in its original condition with all tags attached, the item is in its original packaging, and the item is not a final-sale or non-returnable product as indicated on the product page.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@sportiqueglobal.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions stated above.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, or if you need a different size, please contact us at info@sportiqueglobal.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Sportique name and logo, product images, text, graphics, design elements, software, and code, is the property of Sportique Global FZ LLC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Sportique Global FZ LLC, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, your inability to use the website, any products purchased through the website, any errors or omissions in website content, or any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Sportique for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sportique Global FZ LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

Force majeure

Sportique shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, acts of terrorism, government actions, sanctions, embargoes, strikes, supply chain disruptions, power failures, or internet outages.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Amendments

Entire agreement
